Anthony Kirby practices primarily in the areas of family law (including divorce, custody, and post-divorce matters), juvenile law, and criminal law.

After graduating from Washington and Lee University in Virginia with a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art in 2013, Mr. Kirby returned home to Middle Tennessee to attend law school at Belmont University College of Law, earning his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2016. Mr. Kirby is licensed in state court for both Tennessee and Kentucky, as well as the Middle District of Tennessee Federal Court and the Western District of Kentucky Federal Court.

Mr. Kirby lives in Clarksville with his wife, as well as his step-son and their dog, Daisy. When not at work, Mr. Kirby enjoys Titans games, F1 races, and an occasional chance to golf. Mr. Kirby and his wife, August, work together to form the team that comprises Kirby Law.
